Seeing as the most recent update here was about our puppet show I figured an update was in order.  Granted the puppet show was awesome and if you haven't watched the video you probably should.  A lot has been going on that you might want to know about.  If you read our newsletter (TA newsletter's are available on the website or you can email me to be added to the list) then you have heard most of this already but a summary shouldn't bother anyone.

- We still have the one library functioning, Señor de Huanca in Pampas de Polanco.
- We are in the process of installing a modulo (basically a mini bookshelf display) at a second comedor - Flor de Maria.
- A bible study takes place each Tuesday night at Señor de Huanca.
- Every other Friday we have a kids event.  Recently the kids planted trees at the local park and are caring for them weekly.
- This Saturday (Sept. 5) we will give the first of three planned workshops on urban gardening.  Larissa and Greg are heading this up.
- Next Friday (Sept. 11) we will give the same workshop at Flor de Maria.
- We are planning to have one other large function each month at Señor de Huanca.
- A local group will start offering tutoring services at Señor de Huanca very soon.

As you see we have a lot going on at just this one library.  Place these events on top of our other bible studies and the work going on with El Naranjal and our weeks are filling up quickly.  We think this is good though.  We wouldn't have it any other way.
